Gasa, also known as the Gaza Strip, is a Palestinian territory that has been a significant topic in Icelandic media due to humanitarian concerns and political discussions. Iceland has consistently expressed solidarity with Palestine, with its foreign ministers condemning actions in Gaza as "cruel, inhumane, and illegal" and advocating for a two-state solution and an immediate ceasefire.
