Alma D. Möller is an Icelandic doctor and politician, currently serving as the Minister of Health for Iceland since December 21, 2024. Prior to this role, she was the Director of Health from 2018 to 2024, notably being the first woman to hold that position since its establishment in 1760. She gained significant public recognition for her leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic in Iceland and was awarded a knighthood of the Order of the Falcon in 2020 for her contributions to health affairs. In March 2026, as Minister of Health, she allocated 91 million Icelandic Krona in grants to non-governmental organizations working on health-related projects for specific groups.
